The Medical Gaming Society is a physician led, member driven organization representing gamers across the healthcare field. We advocate for healthcare workers who game and hope to educate and entertain health care workers while mitigating burnout through peer relationships, peer mentorship and video gaming. We aim to battle burnout by advancing equality, inclusivity and seek to create cultural change by dispelling toxicity which is rife in our very broken healthcare system.
